“The exchange rate appfied for each caIendar month shaII be the cIosing exchange rate quoted by the IMF on the 23rd day of the preceding month. In case no rate is quoted on the 23rd, e.g. on hofidays, the quotation of the previous business day wiII be used. In the event that no exchange rate is quoted for the previous day as weg the first avallabIe quoted rate shouId be taken but not exceeding Seven (7) caIendar days prior to the 23rd of the month"
